The St. Clair County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is pleased to announce a public / private consortium that allows an integrated solution for internal and external notifications. The Warning Information Notification System (WINS) is a county-wide alliance of public and private organizations who have a shared need to get information to the public at large, or private groups within their organization.
